End User Licence Agreement

1Licence grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with this EULA and the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from.

2Restrictions

Except where the law expressly allows, you may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the app.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code or AI models.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, or use the app to build a competing product.

3Ownership

The app is licensed, not sold. VroomScan and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the app, including its software, models, design and trademarks.

4In-app purchases

Subscriptions and other purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to our Terms of Use and the applicable store's terms.

5Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• This EULA is between you and VroomScan only, not Apple. VroomScan, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
• VroomScan, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer protection claims.
• VroomScan, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

6Google Play terms

If you downloaded the app from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the app.

7Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Estimates are informational only. The disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Use apply to this EULA.

8Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The governing-law and dispute provisions of our Terms of Use, including your rights as a consumer, apply to this EULA.

9Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach this EULA. On termination you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.
